Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email casa@motivohome.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll send you instructions.

The customer is responsible for packaging items correctly for the return shipment, and returns are made at the customer’s own risk. Casa by Motivo Home is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect packaging, and returned items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Many of the products we offer are skillfully handcrafted, with natural variations in color, size and finish. These variations are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
