Overview

Customer is responsible for packaging items correctly and returns are at customer’s own risk. Motivo Home is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect packaging. Returned items that are received damaged by Motivo Home will not be eligible for a refund. 

Items that are returned will be refunded to the original form of payment within 14 business days and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Motivo Home does not accept returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction. Many of the products offered for sale are skillfully hand crafted with variations in color, size and finish, making these irregularities an important part of the elegance and beauty of the products.
