Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order; cancellation requests made after that window will not be processed.

In the event an item is discontinued and unavailable, the customer will receive a full refund.

Customers will be notified of any items that may be affected by backorder or cancellation from manufacturers. Please note that some lead times are outside of Casa by Motivo Home’s control.

All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
