Claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for noting the damage or any missing items to Motivo Home. Please do not sign and receive an item that is damaged or missing (check that you are receiving everything before signing paperwork). Take a photo of the damage box, interior and exterior packaging in addition to images of the damaged item and send them to casa@motivohome.com and one of our customer representatives will get in touch with you. Please keep the original packaging.
